Garbage disposals are handy allowing homeowners to prepare
food and rinse dishes over the sink without worrying about
clogging up the drain. You do need to be careful not to overload
the disposal with potato peels or other thick peels.

Be sure to use plenty of water. If the disposal stops turning, stop
and check the reset button. If the reset does not solve the problem,
you can try using the wrench supplied with the disposal to free it up.
If the problem persists, give Mr. Bill's plumbing a call.

Be sure you do not run the disposal while silverware or other
kitchen utensils are in the drain. You could ruin the silverware
and/or the disposal.

Garbage disposals do tend to wear and need maintenance or replaced.
If you hear new noises, you constantly have to use the reset button,
or smell really bad odors it may be time to replace it.
